During the Who's Who? activity, which is ideal for K-1, students will play a card game in which they are able to observe, describe, and compare a number of the plants and animals found on the grasslands of Alberta by classifying them into one of four categories (grasses, wildflowers, birds, and mammals).

By the end of the activity students should be able to:

• Identify characteristics of various plants and animals
• Categorize living things into various groupings
